Payment methods

I prefer payment by Paypal, as this is easy and fast, and offers security to both parties. Paypal is free for customers to use, and you do not need to have a Paypal account to use the service.

I am also happy to accept payment by cheques drawn on UK banks, or by UK Postal Orders. If you choose to pay by cheque, your order will not be despatched until your payment has cleared. If you wish to pay by cheque, please contact me for further details.

Delivery information

I am happy to post purchases to any address in the UK or Ireland. I regret that I cannot accept overseas orders, and apologise for any disappointment this may cause.

Your purchase will be posted within 24 hours of receipt of your cleared payment. There is no charge for postage and packing.

All pieces of Pretty Things jewellery are gift-boxed and all purchases are sent by First Class Recorded Delivery. If you know that you will not be at home to sign for the package, I am happy to post to an alternative address; please contact me before completing checkout. In the event that a parcel is returned to me because it cannot be delivered by the Royal Mail, I am happy to re-send the item but reserve the right in those circustances to make a charge for postage, which must be paid before the item can be re-sent.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, or if you simply change your mind, please return the item(s) to me within seven days of receipt, unworn, in the original packaging and with original tags attached, for a full refund.

I regret that earrings cannot be returend unless faulty, for hygiene reasons.

Gift wrap service

I am happy to send your gift direct to the recipient if requested. Your purchase will be prettily wrapped with gift wrap appropriate to the occasion and a gift card will be inlcuded free of charge with your personal message. Please email me to discuss your requirements.

Security of personal information

Pretty Things Jewellery does not retain your personal information and will never pass on your details to a third party.

Debit and credit card payments are made via Paypal; Pretty Things never has access to your card information.
